  • We start by trying to gain an understanding of the client’s needs by getting to the core of the job description and identifying the critical characteristics of the position  Creating a vast sourcing plan, based on clients’ requirements

  • We conduct face-to-face interviews to determine the candidate’s core competencies, as it relates to the client’s needs

  • We perform reference checks. We offer each client written proof of a complete and authentic reference check.

  •  We can provide in-depth, pre-employment background checks, pre-employment drug screening, social-security-number verifications and college-degree verifications

  • We offer full-service recruitment and hiring processes to all of our clients and partners
